不同类型探头联合应用对异位阑尾炎的超声诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究不同类型探头联合应用对异位阑尾炎的超声诊断价值。方法:选取异位阑尾炎患者58例,针对所有的受试者进行凸阵探头、线阵探头及经阴道探头联合检查,由两位副主任以上的专科医师综合做出相应判断。观察比较凸阵腹部探头、高频线阵探头及不同类型探头联合使用的诊断符合率。结果:58例异位阑尾炎患者中,18例为高位阑尾,20例为腹膜外阑尾,15例为盆位阑尾,2例为左位阑尾,3例为壁内阑尾。凸阵腹部探头与不同类型探头联合使用的诊断符合率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同类型探头联合应用不仅能够提供高质量超声图像,而且显示异位阑尾炎的位置较为清晰,在一定程度上提高异位阑尾炎的诊断准确率。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of different types of probes in the diagnosis of ectopic appendicitis.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with ectopic appendicitis were selected.For all the subjects,the convex array probe,the linear array probe and the vaginal probe were combined.The two specialists were given the same judgment.Observe the comparison between the convex array of abdominal probe,high-frequency linear array probe and the combination of different types of diagnostic diagnostic criteria.Results:58 cases of ectopic appendicitis patients,18 cases of high appendix,20 cases of peritoneal appendix,15 cases of basin appendix,2 cases of left appendix,3 cases of the appendix within the wall(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the combination of different types of probes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of different types of probes can not only provide high-quality ultrasound images,but also show the location of ectopic appendicitis is relatively clear,to a certain extent,improve the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic appendicitis,worthy of clinical promotion.
