摘  要:以二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为亲水扩链剂,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为异氰酸酯组分,聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)为低聚物多元醇组分,采用预聚体法合成了一系列阴/非离子型水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过万能材料试验机、粒径测试、接触角测定等表征手段研究了异氰酸酯指数(R值)对水性聚氨酯乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着异氰酸酯指数的增加,乳液粒径逐渐增加,Zeta电位绝对值逐渐减小;胶膜的拉伸强度逐渐增加,断裂伸长率逐渐减小,表面接触角逐渐增大。A series of anionic/non-ionic waterborne polyurethanes(WPUs)were prepared though pre-polymerization method,and using dimethylolbutyric acid(DMBA)and polyoxyethylene glycol(PEG)as hydrophilic chain extender,toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as isocyanate component,polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)as oligomer polyol component.The effects of isocyanate index(R value)on properties of anionic/non-ionic polyurethane were studied by universal material testing machine,particle size analyzer and contact angle analyzer.The results showed that the particle size of emulsion,the tensile strength and the surface contact angle of the film increased with the increase of R value,while the absolute value of Zeta potential and the elongation at break decreased.
