摘　　要：伴随着工业化城市化进程的快速推进,城市的生态环境问题日益突出,产业活动在创造了大量的物质财富的同时,给生态环境带来了严重的破坏,威胁和影响着社会的稳定与发展.其中包括空气污染、水体污染、土壤污染、固体废弃物污染、农村环境污染等问题.日益加剧的环境问题不仅影响着人们的生存与健康,也阻碍了经济的可持续发展.研究以及时、准确地反映生态环境质量状况和由于人类活动对自然生态环境的影响程度为目的,结合辽宁省生态环境现状与特征,遵从科学合理性、系统完备性、可比可量性、动态发展性、可操作性等原则,选取了22个具有代表性的城市生态环境保护指标,建立了辽宁省生态环境保护指标体系.参照辽宁省生态省建设标准、国家生态省建设标准,确定了所选指标的标准值.进一步,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,应用实际数据对辽宁省生态环境保护现状进行定量分析与评价.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,urban ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,due to the ecological environment being seriously destroyed with the industry activities,which create a lot of material wealth,as well as affect and threaten the social stability and development.Including the air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution,solid waste pollution,environmental pollution in rural areas and so on,the increasing environmental problems affect not only the survival and health of people,but also hinder the economic sustainable development.Aiming at accurately reflecting the quality status of the ecological environment and the impacts of human activities on the natural environment,the environmental protection index system of Liaoning Province has been proposed,combining with Liaoning Province ecological environment characteristics and complying with principles of scientific rationality,system completeness,comparability and scalability,dynamic development and operability.In the environmental protection index system,22 typical ecological environment indexes have been.Referring to the ecological province construction standards of Liaoning Province and nation,the standard values for the selected indexes are determined.Further,using the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each index is calculated and the actual data are applied for quantitative analysis and evaluation of the present situation and problems of ecological environment protection in Liaoning Province.
