摘　　要：目的探讨剪切波弹性成像定量指标在静脉血栓分期中的价值。方法建立兔下腔静脉血栓模型,应用超声剪切波弹性成像技术检测1、4、7、10、14天的血栓杨氏模量值,每次测量后随机取两只兔下腔静脉血栓制备病理切片。结果杨氏模量值随形成时间增长,从第1天的(2.71±0.77)k Pa到14天的(13.12±1.51)k Pa,各时间点比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理显示第一周血栓成分以血细胞为主、胶原蛋白成分逐渐增多,第7天血栓开始出现机化,第14天血栓显著机化。结论超声剪切波弹性成像测量的兔深静脉血栓杨氏模量值,可量化显示血栓弹性硬度变化,有望成为评价血栓分期的有效定量指标。Objective To evaluate the value of venous thrombosis young's modulus by shear wave elastography in thrombus staging.Methods We created an inferior vena cava thrombus model.Young′s modulus of the thrombus was measured using ultrasonic shear wave elasticity technique in day 1,4,7,10 and 14.After each measurement,two rabbits were randomly selected to make pathological sections.Results Young′s modulus of thrombus increased with increment of the stages of thrombosis.Specifically,the mean Young's modulus of thrombosis increased from(4.0±1.42)kPa(day 1)to(25.71±6.09)kPa(day 14),with statistical differences between each two observation time points(P<0.05).Pathologic studies revealed that the first week of thrombosis was mainly blood cells.The composition of collagen increased gradually.The orgnization of thrombosis appeared on the seventh day,and signified in the 14th day.Conclusion Young's modulus obtained by shear wave elastography can quantitatively reflect the elasticity of thrombosis.It is expected to be an effective quantitative index for evaluating the stage of thrombosis.
