摘 要:通过对草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇固定床反应器内的传质、传热及化学反应过程进行分析,建立了反应器的拟均相二维模型,采用Crank-Nicholson隐式差分法进行数值求解。借助Matlab软件编程计算,考察了操作条件对反应过程的影响。模拟结果表明,原料气入口温度越高,温度上升越快,热点温度越高,反应物的转化率和产物的收率也明显增加;氢酯比增大,热点温度下降不多,但反应物的转化率则降低较多;气体流速增加,热点位置向出口移动,反应物转化率降低。The mass and heat transmission of the reaction process of the dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation to ethylene glycol inside a fixed bed reactor were analyzed and the pseudo-homogeneous 2-dimensional model was setup,while Crank-Nicholson implicit algorithm numerical solution was performed.The influences of the operation condition on the process were supervised through the Matlab programming calculation.The numerical simulation results showed that,the reactant conversion rate and the product amount increased apparently when the reactant gas inlet temperature got higher,the temperature increased fast and the hot point temperature got higher.When the ratio of hydrogen to dimethyl oxalate increased,the hot point temperature lowered not much but the reactant conversion rate decreased pretty much.The hot point position moved towards the outlet when the gas velocity increased and the reactant conversion rate decreased.
