摘　　要：分析了提升机减速器运行中的常见故障,提出了相应的解决措施,同时结合实践经验,从齿轮、轴承、箱体、密封、冷却几方面对如何实现提升机减速器的改进优化提出看法,希望能为提升机运行可靠性的提升提供一定帮助。This paper analyzed the common faults in the operation of the hoist reducer,put forward corresponding measures combined with practical experience,proposed some ideas on how to realize the improvement and optimization of hoist reducer from the aspects of gear,bearing,box,sealing and cooling,hoping to improve the reliability of hoisting machine.
