摘　　要：通过对合肥市老城区报刊亭的调查研究,发现现状主要存在的问题包括:功能定位不明确、功能滞后、缺乏特色;布点不甚合理。针对两大问题进行现场调研与问卷调查,在数据统计的基础上,提出更新的方法与建议:一方面要进行功能更新,单一功能辐射区内的报刊亭进行功能升级,复合功能辐射区内的报刊亭通过加权系数法进行特色定位;另一方面通过迁移、新增或拆除报刊亭进行布点更新,使报刊亭在城市中的布局符合人流量趋势,从而区位互补、共同协作,焕发新活力。Through the investigation and study of the newsstands in the old area of Hefei,we found the main problems as follows:unclear orientation,lagging function,ordinary features and unreasonable layout.Field investigations and questionnaire surveys were carried out for these problems to do statistics,based on which solutions and suggestions were made.From one hand,the function need to be updated.Upgrade performance of the newsstands within single function area and set up the characteristic orientation of the newsstands in complex function area though weight coefficient method.From the other hand,the layout of newsstands need to be updated by transfer,adding or removing to accord with the flow.Then the distribution will accord with the flow to realize location complementary and mutual cooperation,the whole city will glow the new vitality.
