虎奶菇品种及菌种培养基筛选

摘　　要：通过引进福建临川虎奶菇0121、江西东华虎奶菇1号、江西虎奶菇dh-5,共3个虎奶菇种源菌株进行筛选,得出临川虎奶菇0121为最适种源,并对临川虎奶菇0121进行最适栽培培养基筛选。结果表明:临川虎奶菇0121栽培培养基以配方1:棉籽壳75%、麸皮23%、石膏1%、石灰1%的培养料最适宜,其次为配方2,在生产中可以根据实际需要进行选择。Three provenances strains of Pleurotustuber-regium(Fr.)Singer.were introduced.The best provenance was Pleuurotus-tuber-regium(Fr.)Singer.0121 from linchuan,by screening,and its best type of culture medium was screened.The results showed that,best culture medium was Formula 1:cottonseed hull 75%,bran 23%,edible gypsum 1%,edible lime 1%,Formula 2 was a better choice,which could choose suitable formula according by actual needs.
