摘 要:该试验以淹水时间分别为0.1h/d(CK)、1h/d(D4)、2h/d(D3)、4h/d(D2)、6h/d(D1)5个处理梯度对白骨壤种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。90d后对白骨壤进行萌发率、株高、叶片数、叶面积指数、根长、生物量及根冠比等指标测定。结果表明:淹水时间为4h/d、6h/d时白骨壤的种子发芽率、幼苗的株高、叶片数、叶面积指数及总生物量均高于0.1h/d、1h/d、2h/d淹水时间处理,而淹水时间为2h/d根冠比较高。This experiment mainly research on the water logging stress,which the time level of water logging were 0.1h/d/(CK),1h/d(D4),2h/d(D3),4 h/d(D2),6h/d(D1)respectively,impact on Avicennia marina seed germination and its seedling growth.The germination rate,plant height,leaf number,leaf area index,root length,biomass and root cap ratio of Avicennia marina seedling after 90 days experiment period were measured.The result obtained that the germination rate,height,the number of leaf,leaf area index and total biomass in both of 4h/d and 6h/d water logging levels were higher than other water logging levels and the time level of 2h/d water logging had the highest root cap ratio of Avicennia marina seedling.
