摘　　要：通过走访海南部分市县林业工作岗,访谈基层林业工作人员,梳理总结了海南基层林业工作站建设管理能力现状,剖析了基层林业站管理中存在问题及原因,提出了不同地域、不同类型的基层林业工作站建设管理模式,为优化海南基层林业工作站管理体制和能力提升提供参考。By visiting forestry work posts in some cities and counties in Hainan,interview with grass-roots forestry staff,This paper summarizes the current situation of construction management capacity of hainan's basic forestry stations.This paper analyzes that problem and causes in the management of grass-roots forestry stations,different regions and different types of the basic forestry workstation construction management modes are put forward,It provides a reference for optimizing the management system and capacity improvement of Hainan grass-roots forestry workstation.
