解剖钢板与克氏针内固定治疗Sanders Ⅲ型Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的效果比较研究

摘　　要：目的实验分析解剖钢板与克氏针内固定治疗SandersⅢ型、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的效果。方法本次实验研究所选取的对象为本医院2016年度收治的SandersⅢ型、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者50例,将其随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组的患者采取解剖钢板与克氏针内固定的方式进行治疗,对照组的患者采用传统的手术方式进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较,包括手术的时间、治疗的时间、治疗情况等方面。结果采取解剖钢板与克氏针内固定治疗的治疗组患者,治疗效果明显优于对照组,患者的治疗时间较短,且恢复较快,治疗有效率较高,与对照组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论与传统的手术治疗手段相比,解剖钢板与克氏针内固定联合治疗SandersⅢ型、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的效果更好,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of anatomical plate and Kirschner pin internal fixation in the treatment of type Sanders III and type IV calcaneal fractures.Methods 50 cases of Sanders type III and type IV calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The treatment group of patients treated with anatomical plate fixation with Kirschner wire in treatment,the control group were treated with the traditional surgical method for treatment,comparing the treatment situation of two groups,including operation time,treatment time and treatment etc.Results The treatment group treated with anatomical plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation is superior to the control group.The treatment time is shorter,and the recovery rate is faster.The effective rate of treatment is higher than that of the control group,which is significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgical treatment,anatomical plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation for Sanders type III and type IV calcaneal fractures is better and worthy of promotion.
