鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术对治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对变态反应性鼻炎患者采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗的效果进行分析和讨论。方法选取我院2016年5月~2017年7月接收的变态性鼻炎患者72例为研究对象,按照单盲、平行原则将其分为两组,各36例,给予对照组一般保守方法治疗,给予研究组鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和并发症发生状况。结果研究组治疗总有效率要比对照组高出许多,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术应用于变态反应性鼻炎治疗之中,不仅能够改善患者病情,同时也能够避免并发症的发生,值得广泛应用和推广。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of endoscopic nasal septum correction in allergic rhinitis patients.Methods In our hospital in May 2016 July-2017 received 72 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly selected as the research object,according to the single blind,parallel principle will be divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group received general conservative treatment,the study group received endoscopic nasal septum surgery treatment,incidence between the two groups the treatment effect and complications.Results The total effective rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant,statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion endoscopic nasal septum correction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,not only can improve the patient's condition,but also can avoid the occurrence of complications,it is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
