内窥镜结合低温等离子治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究内窥镜联合低温等离子对于小儿鼾症治疗的效果。方法选取我院2014年12月~2016年12月收治的小儿鼾症患者为70例本次研究的对象,患者数量共计为,采用双盲的原则将其分为两组,各35例。对照组患儿采用传统的手术进行治疗,观察组使用内窥镜联合低温等离子技术进行治疗,对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗之后,对照组患者的治疗总有效率比观察组低20%,并且临床观察指标也比观察组高,对比两组数据,具有一定差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿鼾症的治疗,采用内窥镜结合低温等离子的方式,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,同时有助于改善患者的临床观察指标,缩短患者的康复时间。因此,该手术方式值得被大力推广并应用于临床。Objective To explore the effect of endoscope combined with low temperature plasma in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 treated children with snoring disease as the object of this study,the number of patients for a total of 70 cases,the principle of double blind will be divided into two groups,the number of patients in each group of 35 cases.Children in the control group were treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with endoscopy combined with lowtemperature plasma technology,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 20%lower than that of the observation group,and the clinical observation index was also higher than the observation group,compared with the two groups of data,there was a certain difference,making its statistical significance(P<0.05)two.Conclusion For the treatment of snoring in children,the use of endoscopy combined with low-temperature plasma can help to improve the treatment effect of patients,at the same time help to improve the clinical observation index of patients,shorten the recovery time of patients.Therefore,the operation is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinic.
