精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的对医院病案室病案管理中应用精细化管理的效果进行观察和分析。方法选取我院2015年12月~2016年12月收治的病案管理中存在的问题进行回顾性分析,并讨论了其产生的原因,其中,2015年12月~2016年5月接诊的患者一共有4984例,给予其常规管理方式;自2016年6月~2016年12月接诊的患者一共有5144例,给予其精细化管理,并对前后管理病案的效果以及患者的满意度进行分析和比较。结果实施精细化管理之后,医患纠纷发生率为0.00,病案缺失率和破损率分别为0.02%和0.04%,较应用前具有明显的优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院病案室在进行病案管理的过程中应用精细化管理促进了工作效率和质量的有效提高,而且有助于构建和谐的医患关系。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of meticulous management in the management of medical record in hospital medical record room.Methods The existence of medical record management in December 2015~2016 December in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the problems,and discusses the reasons,among them,December 2015~2016 year in May,with a total of 4984 cases,given its routine management;since the June 2016~2016 year in December,with a total of 5144 cases,given its fine management,and the management of medical records before and after effect and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results After the implementation of fine management,medical dispute occurrence rate is 0,and breakage rate were 0.02%and 0.04%medical records are missing,before the application has obvious advantages,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management in the process of medical record management in hospital medical records promotes the improvement of work efficiency and quality,and helps to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
