应用解剖型双钢板治疗肱骨远端复杂型骨折的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的分析观察解剖型双钢板治疗肱骨远端复杂型骨折的可行性。方法选取2014年12月~2016年7月我院收治的C型肱骨远端骨折患者32例作为研究对象,均行切开复位平行双钢板内固定术,观察疗效。结果本组32例患者,经随访,肘关节伸直(14.5±1.46)度,屈曲(124.5±4.56)度。根据HSS评分,20例优,9例良,3例可,优良率达90.62%(29/32)。X线复查,鹰嘴截骨与骨折处,呈骨性愈合状态,无伤口感染、骨不连、延迟愈合现象。术后,未见1例并发症患者。结论 C型肱骨远端骨折,应用解剖型双钢板,行切开复位内固定术,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the feasibility of dissecting double plate in the treatment of complex fractures of the distal humerus.Methods In December 2014~2016 July,we selected 32 cases of C type distal humeral fractures in our hospital as the time limit.All patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with double plates.Results 32 patients in this group were followed up,and the elbow joint reached(14.5±1.46)degrees,and the flexion was(124.5±4.56)degrees.According to the HSS score,20 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,3 cases were good,the excellent rate was 90.62%(29/32).X-ray examination,olecranon osteotomy and fracture,showed bone healing state,no wound infection,bone nonunion,delayed union.After the operation,no 1 cases of complications were found.Conclusion C type distal humeral fracture with anatomical double plate and open reduction and internal fixation are effective and worthy of popularization.
