人工真皮在骨、肌腱外露创面中应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨人工真皮在骨、肌腱外漏创面中的应用效果;方法筛选2015~2016年骨科外伤后骨、肌腱外露创面25例患者,清创后行人工真皮植入,在进行自体游离植皮修复。一期清创后在移植人工真皮,2-3周外露的骨、肌腱被类真皮组织生覆盖后,再行二期自体游离皮术。结果 24例患者术后追踪随访,人工真皮与组织愈合好,骨、肌腱外露处都生长覆盖,存活率高,无不良反应,周围关节活动好,没有形成瘢痕。结论人工真皮在骨、肌腱外露的创面中应用可靠,能够较好的保持关节活动功能,保护好周围组织,是骨、肌腱外露创面治疗中值得选择的治疗方式。Objective To explore the application effect of artificial dermis wound leakage in bone and tendon.Methods Screening of 2015-2016 in the Department of orthopedics of bone and tendon exposed wound injury in 25 patients after debridement,artificial dermis implants,in autologous free skin graft.After primary debridement,the exposed bone and tendon were covered with dermal tissue at 2-3 weeks after transplantation,and then two stage free auto skin grafting was performed.Results 24 cases of patients with postoperative follow-up,artificial dermis and tissue healing,bone and tendon exposure at all growth coverage,high survival rate,no adverse reaction,around the joint activities,without the formation of scar.Conclusion The reliable application of artificial dermis in wound bone and tendon exposure,can better maintain the function of knee joint.And protect the surrounding tissue,is a worthy choice of treatment of bone and tendon exposed wound.
