银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗眩晕瘀血阻络型的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗眩晕瘀血阻络证的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年7月收治的眩晕患者120例按照随机数字表法分为对照组60例和治疗组60例,两组均予以脑病科常规治疗(倍他司汀、尼莫地平、营养脑神经等),观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服银杏蜜环口服溶液,对照组予以常规治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后15d、30d进行国际眩晕残障程度评定量表评分(DHI)、眩晕评定量表评分系统(DARS)及中医症候疗效指数。结果两组治疗15d和30d后DHI评分、DARS评分均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗30d后DHI评分、DARS评分均显著变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效指数明显高于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏蜜环口服溶液可有效改善眩晕瘀血阻络证的临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinxing Mihuan oral solution in the treatment of vertigo with blood stasis resistance type.Methods 120 cases of vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 in the treatment group according to the random digital table method.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment(betastine,nimodipine,nutritional brain,etc.),on the basis of routine treatment,the observation group received Yinxing Mihuan oral solution,the control group was treated routinely,The scale score of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),dizziness assessment rating scale(DARS)and TCM syndrome efficacy index were assessed before and after treatment for 15 days and 30 days respectively.Results After treatment for 15 days and 30 days,the DHI scores and DARS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the DHI score and DARS score of the observation group were significantly changed after 30 days(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome efficacy index of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinxing Mihuan oral solution can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo with blood stasis resistance type.
