浅谈间苯三酚在首次妊娠无痛人流手术患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚在首次妊娠无痛人流手术患者中术前用药软化宫颈的应用及临床价值。方法选取我院2015年11月~2017年10月收治的准备行无痛人流手术的无生育史的患者87例,一组麻醉前5分钟静脉推注间苯三酚80 mg46例(观察组),一组静脉麻醉后直接手术41例(对照组),观察两组人流术前宫颈软化程度,手术时间,术中出血量,手术并发症,患者配合程度,术后月经复潮情况。结果观察组比对照组用药后宫颈软化程度好,手术时间短,术中出血量少,手术并发症低,患者配合度好,术后月经恢复好并发症少。结论间苯三酚在首次妊娠无痛人流手术患者中的临床效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。Objective To investigate the effects of phloroglucinol preoperative medication in patients with pregnancy painless abortion for the first time to soften the cervix of the application and clinical value.Methods Of painless abortion operation is selected at random to prepare barren with a history of 87 cases of patients,and a set of five minutes before anesthesia intravenous push phloroglucinol injection 80 mg of 46 cases(observation group),a group of 41 cases(control group)directly after intravenous anesthesia surgery,observe two groups of abortion preoperative cervical softening degree,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical complications,the patients cooperate degree,postoperative period after tide.Results Observation group is better than the control group after the cervix softening degree,shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,complications,patients with good,good recovery of menstrual fewer complications.Conclusion The clinical effect of diphenolol in the patients with painless abortion for the first pregnancy is significant,and it is worthy of further popularization and use.
