改良腘绳肌后置术治疗痉挛型脑瘫膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析和研究改良腘绳肌后置术在痉挛型脑瘫膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形临床治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院在2016年5月~2017年5月期间收治的58例痉挛型脑瘫膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者作为研究对象,分别采用传统手术和改良腘绳肌后置术治疗,并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者在治疗后行走功能都有所改善,但研究组患者的改善效果更加显著,P<0.05,差异比较具有统计学意义。结论采用改良腘绳肌后置术治疗痉挛型脑瘫膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形,能够有效改善患者的行走功能,提高患者的生活质量,在临床中值得推广。Objective To analyze and study the application effect of improved hamstring post operation in spastic cerebral palsy flexion contracture of knee joint in clinical treatment.Methods 58 cases of patients with spastic cerebral palsy deformity of knee joint flexion contracture in our hospital during the period from May 2016 to May 2017 as the object of study,using the traditional surgery and improved hamstring post for treatment,and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Results Of the two patients in the treatment group after walking function were improved,but the patients in the study group improved more significantly,P<0.05,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The modified hamstring post surgery for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy flexion contracture of the knee.Can effectively improve the walking function of patients,improve the patient's quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
