Objective To explore the value of MRI in the early diagnosis of abnormal cervical spinal cord injury in children without radiological imaging. Methods 100 cases of children with acute cervical spine injury diagnosed in our hospital in December 2015~2016 December were selected and retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic effect of MRI on children without radiographic abnormalities was observed. Results According to the age,we divided the 100 children who participated in the experiment into two groups, one group was preschool group, the total number was 50 cases, one group was school-age group, the number was 50 cases. The final data show that the MRI examination does have a high diagnostic efficiency, but there are still very few patients who are unable to make a diagnosis. Conclusion MRI does have a diagnostic effect on the unradiological abnormal cervical spine injury in children, which is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the process of treatment. But it is still not the final diagnosis. After MRI tests, children who have not found any abnormalities still need further clinical observation to be able to final diagnosis.
