摘 要:针对多层侵彻过载粘连信号成分复杂、信号处理方法从中提取穿层特征压力大的问题,提出基于应力波衰减材料的目标层特征凸现方法。该方法采用灌封硅橡胶+纳米SiO_2颗粒制备的材料填充至引信壳体内侧,能够将弹体高速侵彻多层硬目标过程中激发的应力波快速衰减,避免了应力波沿着弹体多次重复叠加造成侵彻过载的层间粘连,从而凸现侵彻过载的目标层特征。试验验证表明,同一发弹内采用该材料缓冲测得的侵彻过载层特征较未采用该材料缓冲的侵彻过载层特征明显。To solve the problem of identification difficulty of target layer which is caused by penetration overload interlayer adhesion,a method of revealing target layer characteristic based on the stress wave attenuation material was proposed.The material is mixed by silicone rubber and nano SiO 2 particles at a certain rate,then filling in the new material inside fuze shell.The buffer layer formed by the new material could attenuate the stress wave rapidly which was generated during projectile penetrated multi-layer hard target in high speed.This could avoid stress wave multiple times overlapping along the projectile which would cause penetration overload interlayer adhesion,so target layer characteristic became obvious.Test results indicated that in a same projectile the target layer characteristic of the penetration overload measured by acceleration sensor which is buffered by the new material is clearer than which is no buffered.
