换血疗法应用于新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究换血疗法应用于新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月~2018年1月收治的高胆红素血症患儿60例作为研究对象,对比换血之前与换血之后患儿的血胆红素指标的变化情况。结果与换血之前对比,换血之后总胆红素水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);换血之后间接胆红素水平明显下降;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中换血疗法的应用具有显著疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of transfusion therapy in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 60 children with hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.and the changes of blood bilirubin indexes were compared before and after the exchange of blood.Results Compared with the exchange transfusion,the total bilirubin level was significantly decreased after the exchange transfusion(P<0.05),and the indirect bilirubin level was significantly decreased after the exchange transfusion(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood exchange therapy in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has significant effect,and it is worth popularizing.
