摘  要:营城组火山岩气藏为边底水发育、高含二氧化碳的酸性气藏。井筒压力和温度变化、压井液不配伍等导致近井地带、生产管柱、地面处理系统发生结垢,造成气井产量下降并影响生产。分析气井结垢特征,确定结垢类型主要为碳酸钙。分析结垢主要影响因素和机理。优选物理法和化学法防除垢工艺。Yingcheng Formation volcanic gas reservoir is a sour gas reservoir characterized by abundant edge-bottom water,and high high CO2 content.The scaling occurs in the formation,reducing gas production.Thus,the characteristics of scaling gas wells were analyzed.The laboratory tests were conducted to analyze the main factors and mechanism of scaling.The methods of descaling were chosen according to conditions of gas wells.The antiscaling agents and injection methods were optimized.
