摘　　要：聚乙烯(PE)管材加工过程经常出现的一些问题,如壁厚不合格、不圆度超标、外径不合格、内壁沟槽、糊料等现象。其中有关公式非常具有助于生产,实用性较强,对整个PE管材加工行业有很大帮助,总结如下,供大家参考。Problems occur frequently in PE pipe processing,such as wall thickness is not qualified,no roundness is over standard,outside diameter is not qualified,internal wall groove,and scorch mark.This article demonstrate the formula that is applicable to the production.It is helpful for the whole PE pipe processing industry,which are summarized for reference.
