摘 要:为避免船厂门座式起重机大拉杆钢结构产生剧烈振动与断裂而造成重大事故,对门座式起重机上大拉杆横向风振现象进行深入探讨,采用理论分析、有限元计算的方法,并通过实际结构的调整进行验证,得到消除大拉杆横向风振的方法,以及消除大拉杆横向风振的基本原则和措施。该船厂的门座式起重机大拉杆按照此方法和措施,消除了横向风振,目前使用良好。In order to avoid serious accident caused by severe vibration and fracture of large steel structure of a portal crane,the lateral wind vibration of large pull rod on portal crane is deeply studied.The method of theoretical analysis and finite element calculation is applied to verify the actual structural adjustment,the method to eliminate the lateral wind vibration of the large pull rod is obtained,and the basic principle and the measure to eliminate the lateral wind vibration of the large pull rod are obtained.The method and the measure are applied to a portal slewing crane in a shipyard.Positive feedback from that crane is received and transverse wind vibration is found to be eliminated.
