摘 要:海洋钢结构传统的顺序建造模式主要缺陷在于须在总装阶段对已安装的杆件反复地进行切割、打磨,并重新组对焊接及补漆,不仅增加工程成本,而且增加高空作业的危险性。为解决传统建造模式的缺陷,一体化建造的概念在近年来被提出,并在工程项目中逐步深化应用。海洋钢结构类工程项目的结构特点千差万别,一体化建造模式的具体应用也不尽相同。总结传统建造模式的缺陷,并对工程项目中出现的一体化建造模式的典型做法汇总分析,提高后续项目的一体化建造程度。The main defect in the traditional construction mode of marine steel structure is that they must be cut,polished,reassembled and welded repeatedly at assembly stage,which not only increases the cost of the project,but also increases the risk of aloft work.In order to resolve and diminish defects under the traditional construction mode,the concept of integrated construction has been proposed in recent years,and the corresponding application in engineering project has been widen progressively.The structural characteristics of the marine steel structure project are different,and the application of the integrated construction model is not the same.The defects of traditional construction mode are summarized,and the typical practices of integrated construction mode in engineering projects are analyzed,which will improve the integrated construction degree of subsequent projects.
