摘 要:为了研究超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)针刺非织造材料的结构特征与防刺性的关系,制备了多组不同针刺工艺的样品;测试并分析了样品的孔隙率、纵横向拉伸强力和静态防刺性能,并对孔隙率与静态防刺力进行了回归分析。研究结果表明,UHMWPE针刺非织造材料的孔隙率受针刺深度和针刺密度的影响,并表现出随着针刺深度和针刺密度的增加而逐渐降低;样品在针刺深度5.16~11.17 mm和针刺密度521.91~1 012.63刺/cm2的工艺范围内,防刺能力随着针刺密度和针刺深度的增大而增大。二次方回归方程置信度较高,可用于UHMWPE针刺非织造材料的静态防刺力与平方米质量、孔隙率的关系研究。The samples of the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)needle punching nonwovens were prepared for the purpose of researching the relationship between the structure characteristics and the stab resistance property.The porosity,tensile strength and static stab resistance property of the samples were tested and analyzed,and the regression analysis of porosity and static stab resistance property was carried out.The results show that,the porosity of UHMWPE nonwovens is significantly affected by needling depth and needling density,and the porosity of the samples decreases with the increase of needling depth and needling density.The stab resistance property of the samples increases with the increase of needling density and needling depth within the range of 5.16-11.17 mm and 521.91-1012.63 n/cm 2,respectively.Furthermore,the quadratic regression equation has high confidence level,which means that it can be used to study the relationship between the static stab resistance,and porosity and weight per square meter of UHMWPE nonwovens.
