从丝织品用途看唐代蚕桑政策

摘　　要：丝织品是唐代重要的手工制品,在经贸、政治及社会文化生活等领域发挥重大作用,加上唐代社会对丝织品的需求量巨大,丝织品受到统治者高度重视,作为丝织品基本原料来源的蚕桑生产必然需要加强政策调控。通过分析唐代蚕桑政策的相关史料,认为皇帝诏敕是倡导重蚕思想的至高权威,政法措施是贯彻重蚕思想的基本依据,地方官员是落实政法措施的主要力量,唐代有利于蚕桑的政策是满足唐代经贸、政治及社会文化生活等领域对丝织品需求的重要保证,是唐代蚕桑丝绸业兴旺发达的重要原因。Silk fabric was an important handicraft in the Tang dynasty and played a great role in economy,trade,policies and social life.The demand for silk fabrics was very huge in the Tang dynasty.Thus,silk fabrics received great attention of governors.Silkworm and mulberry were the basic materials of silk goods.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen the regulation of silkworm and mulberry production.This paper analyzes many relevant historical materials about sericulture policies in Tang dynasty.It is believed that imperial edicts were the highest authority to encourage sericulture.Political and legal measures were the basic basis to protect sericulture,and local officials were the main power to implement the political and legal measures.The policies of developing sericulture in Tang dynasty were the important guarantees to meet the demand for silk fabric in economy,trade,politics,social and cultural life and so on.The ideas of developing sericulture and the political and legal measures were the important reasons for flourished sericulture in the Tang dynasty.
