鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效及预后。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治的鼻息肉患者92例,均行鼻内镜手术治疗。对患者的临床治疗效果进行分析。结果 92例患者的临床治疗总有效率达到98.9%,效果非常显著;手术治疗后,有9例患者发生并发症9例,其中3例为鼻腔黏连,1例为出血过多,2例为上颌窦开口狭窄,2例为眼眶青紫,1例为其他,占比为9.7%,经过对症处理后,患者并发症均完全消失,康复出院。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉疗效确切,患者并发症发生率低,术后复发率也非常低,且安全可靠,患者预后佳,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,92 patients with nasal polyp treated in our hospital were treated with endoscopic surgery.The clinical therapeutic effect of patients was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in 92 patients was 98.9%.After surgical treatment of 9 cases of complications in 9 patients,3 cases of nasal cavity adhesion,1 case of bleeding,2 cases of maxillary sinus openings stenosis,2 cases of orbital blue,1 case for other,accounted for 9.7%,after symptomatic treatment,patients with complications are completely disappear,rehabilitation hospital discharge.Conclusion Patients with nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps efficacy,lower incidence of complications,postoperative recurrence rate is very low,and safe and reliable,patient prognosis is poor,has high clinical application value.
