摘　　要：目的分析早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的临床特征与护理要点以便更好的护理患者。方法对确诊的31例早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果经过及时救治和实施有效的护理措施,包括胃肠减压的护理、全静脉营养的护理、喂养的护理以及预防和有效控制感染,大多数患儿转归良好,治愈率达到93.5%。结论早期诊断,早期治疗及实施有效的护理措施,可降低早产儿NEC的死亡率并提高治愈率。Objective To analyze necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm infants(NEC)nursing care of patients with clinical features and nursing points in order to better.Methods 31 cases of premature infants diagnosed with necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)clinical data were analyzed.Results after timely treatment and effective nursing measures,including strengthening the general nursing,nursing the nursing of gastrointestinal decompression,total parenteral nutrition,feeding and nursing to prevent and control infection effectively,the majority of children with good prognosis,the cure rate reached 93.5%.Conclusion early diagnosis,early treatment and implement effective nursing measures,can reduce the mortality of NEC in preterm infants and improve the cure rate.
