伴有紧张性症状的女性双相情感障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析伴有紧张性症状的女性双相情感障碍的临床特点。方法 2014年8月~2017年2月,于我院收治的紧张型女性精神分裂症与双相情感障碍患者中分别选取50例,将其分别归为对照组与观察组,对比两组患者的起病形式、病前性格特点、入院时的紧张性症状特点、紧张性症状对治疗的反应性以及紧张性症状缓解后的BPRS因子情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组"思维障碍""敌对猜疑""缺乏活力"因子分值更高,"焦虑忧郁""激活性"因子分值更低,P<0.05。结论紧张性症状和精神分裂症、双相情感障碍具有密切相关性,这两者之间的治疗反应性、性格特点、应激影响、起病形式均有一定差异存在。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of nervous symptoms in women with bipolar disorder.Methods From August 2014 to February 2017,in patients with tension type female spirit in our hospital in patients with bipolar disorder in division 50 cases were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group,compared two groups of patients the onset of the disease,before the disease characteristics,nervous symptoms characteristics at the time of admission,the BPRS factor response to treatment of nervous symptoms and nervous symptoms after remission.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group"thinking disorder"and"hostile"and"lack of vitality"factor scores higher,The scores of anxiety,depression and activation factors were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion There is a close correlation between tension symptoms and schizophrenia,bipolar disorder.There are some differences between them in terms of treatment reactivity,personality characteristics,stress and onset.
