比较锁骨钩钢板与锁定钢板内固定术治疗不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探析不稳定胸锁关节前脱位采取锁定钢板内固定术与锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗的疗效。方法参研对象选取2015年8月~2017年4月医院诊治的不稳定胸锁关节前脱位患者20例,遵从双盲法分组标准均分成常规组与治疗组,均实施切开复位钢板内固定术,前者应用锁定T型钢板,后者应用锁定钩钢板。比较分析两组手术指标与术后30天、半年关节功能评分的优劣。结果两组手术指标相当,P>0.05,无临床可比性;治疗组术后各时间段关节功能评分与常规组相比均较高,P<0.05,组间比较有统计学意义。结论不稳定胸锁关节前脱位用锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效优于锁定钢板内固定术,患者关节功能得到良好地恢复,临床运用价值高。Objective To analyze instability with anterior dislocation of sternoclavicular joint locking plate fixation and the therapeutic effect of clavicular hook plate fixation.Methods Ginseng research object to choose between August 2015 and April 2017 hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 20 patients with anterior dislocation of unstable sternoclavicular joints,follow the double-blind grouping criteria were divided into normal group and treatment group,both the implementation of open reduction and plate fixation,the former application locking T steel plate,the latter application locking hook plate.Comparative analysis of two groups of indicators and operation,joint function score 30 d,half of the year.Results Two groups of operation indicators,P>0.05,no clinical comparability;Treatment group after the period of joint function score,compared with conventional group were higher(P<0.05,the comparison between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The anterior dislocation of unstable sternoclavicular joint treated with clavicular hook plate fixation of clinical curative effect is superior to the locking plate fixation,joint function recovered well,patients with high clinical application value.
