切开复位内固定术治疗垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折切开复位内固定术后的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年3月骨科收治的垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折患者50例为本次研究对象,根据双盲的原则将其分为对照组和观察组进行治疗,各25例,其中采用非手术法进行治疗的一组称之为对照组,采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗的一组称之为观察组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果两组患者经过治疗后,对照组患者的治疗优良率比观察组患者低20.00%。经对比,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折患者进行治疗的时候,采用切开复位内固定术可以使治疗效果得到显著提升。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation for vertical unstable pelvic fractures.Methods In this study,50 patients with vertical unstable pelvic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects.according to the double blind principle will be divided into the observation group and the control group were treated with each group number for 25 cases,which were treated by non operative method of a group called the control group,the treatment group and the observation group called reduction and internal fixation,compared the effect of two groups of patients.Results After treatment in the two groups,the good rate of treatment in the control group was 20%lower than that of the observation group.The difference was significant and statistical significance was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation can significantly improve the treatment effect for patients with vertical unstable pelvic fractures.
