血液透析和腹膜透析治疗终末期肾病的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的观察终末期肾病采取腹膜透析和血液透析的临床治疗成效。方法本次的56例研究对象均选自本院2016年12月~2017年12月期间接收的终末期肾病患者,将其依照随机、平均方式为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组采取血液透析治疗方式,观察组采取腹膜透析治疗方式,对比探究两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的血白蛋白、血尿酸、血红蛋白等指标水平明显比对照组高,存在明显差异,统计学成立(P<0.05);另外,观察组有1例脑梗死患者,1例出血患者,不良事件发生率为7.14%;对照组有5例脑梗死患者,有7例出血患者,不良事件发生率为42.86%,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对终末期肾病患者采取腹膜透析治疗方式,可有效改善血浆白蛋白水平,降低不良事件发生率,充分体现其价值意义,可进一步推广采纳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis for end-stage renal disease.Methods 56 patients were selected from our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017,who received end-stage renal disease.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated by peritoneal dialysis,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the serum albumin,hemoglobin,serum uric acid levels were significantly higher than the control group,there is significant difference,statistically established(P<0.05);in addition,the observation group with 1 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,1 cases of hemorrhage,the incidence of adverse events was 7.14%;the control group had 5 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,7 cases bleeding patients,the incidence of adverse events was 42.86%,with obvious difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis for patients with end-stage renal disease can effectively improve plasma albumin level,reduce the incidence of adverse events,fully reflect its value and significance,and it can further promote the adoption.
