布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的研讨喘息性支气管炎患儿使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的临床价值。方法选取我院2017年1月~2017年12月我院诊疗的100例喘息性支气管炎患儿做随机非盲实验分组,Ⅰ组给予常规治疗,Ⅱ组使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察评估两组的施治情况。结果与Ⅰ组药效相比,Ⅱ组在临床总有效率上明显提升,达到98.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组相对Ⅰ组患者在喘憋、咳嗽及肺哮鸣音等症状的缓解时间上均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喘息性支气管炎患儿的临床治疗中使用布地奈德雾化吸入是一种可行疗法,不仅药效显著,同时还可促进相关支气管炎症状的缓解,值得推荐。Objective To discuss the clinical value of budesonide inhalation in children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods From January in 2017 to December in 2017,100 children with asthmatic bronchitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Results Compared with the efficacy of group I,group II was significantly improved in the total clinical efficiency,reaching 98%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with group I,the patients in group II were significantly shorter in the relieving time of asthma,cough and lung wheezing and other symptoms,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized inhalation of budesonide is a feasible therapy for children with asthmatic bronchitis.It not only has significant effect,but also promotes the relief of related bronchitis symptoms.It is worth recommending.
