摘　　要：以市场理论为基础,界定了我国农村土地流转交易效率概念,分析其影响因素为供给、需求、价格和内生制度,进而根据商品的共性和土地流转的特性分析影响土地流转交易效率的因素,建立土地流转交易效率指标体系。运用我国28个省级区域2006—2016年的数据,采用主成分分析法,提取了六个主因子,分析了我国农村土地流转交易效率整体情况,比较了东部、中部、西部地区之间,农业大省与非农业大省之间的差异情况,还以2016年为样本分析比较了各地区不同因子的情况。Based on market theory,the present paper defines the notion of rural land transfer in China and its influence factors as supply,demand,price and endogenous system.It goes further to establish the trading efficiency index system of rural land transfer according to the commonality of commodities and the characteristics of land transfer which influence the trading efficiency.Data from 28 provinces,cities and autonomous regions between 2006 and 2016 have been gathered and analyzed.Six major factors have been determined and the overall trade efficiency analyzed.Comparisons have been made between eastern,central and western region.In addition,the situation of different factors in different regions was compared in 2016.
