摘  要:针对中国大学生人群,选择7项日常体力活动方式,通过三轴加速度传感器监控,构建不同类型运动项目的能量消耗预测模型。研究结果表明:(1)通过佩戴传感器,可以有效对运动过程进行记录,每种运动形式特征明显。(2)不同类型的运动之间具有显著性差异,同一种运动方式不同速度之间没有差异,说明传感器可以有效区分运动类型。(3)将加速度值进行分析,构建基于垂直加速度Vcz和综合加速度值VM的能量消耗模型,分别为:W/mi n=-9.173+0.004×ACz+1.09×Sex+0.241×BMI+0.060×HR,W/mi n=-12.57+0.008×VM+0.921×SEX+0.242×BMI+0.053×HR(M=1,F=0)。(4)通过回带验证,两个能量消耗方程均有很好的拟合度,预测结果与实际值很接近。The energy expenditure(EE)surveillance during body exercise is a common way to assess exercise effect and set exercise target,which is also an effective way for health promotion.In this research,college students finished seven common body exercises and Triaxial Acceleration Sensor were used to monitor the whole process.The EE model was built to calculate EE after the exercise.The results showed that firstly,by wearing the sensor the exercise process was recorded and different exercise had distinguishing characteristic.Secondly,different exercise had different features,and no significant difference was seen in the same exercise with varied speed.(3)the Accelerated data Vcz and VM were used to calculate EE model,and W/min=-9.173+0.004×ACz+1.09×Sex+0.241×BMI+0.060×HR W/min=-12.57+0.008×VM+0.921×SEX+0.242×BMI+0.053×HR(M=1,F=0).The two models best calculated EE as real EE results.
