山东省二级及以上医疗机构护理人员《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》卫生行业标准培训现状的调查

摘　　要：目的调查山东省二级及以上医疗机构护理人员对于卫生行业新标准《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》(以下简称"静疗标准")的培训现状。方法采用自行设计的《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》培训现状调查问卷,对山东省内17个地市129所医院的3051名护理人员进行调查。结果参与调查的3051名护理人员中,有92.70%的护理人员知晓"静疗标准"的颁布;培训频次方面,接受3次及以上系统培训者占33.83%,从未接受过"静疗标准"培训者占12.75%,认为还需要继续进行系统培训者占75.29%;认为"静疗标准"对于指导临床护理工作有帮助及非常有帮助者占93.84%,认为"静疗标准"在临床护理工作中比较适用及非常适用者占93.72%;所在护理单元的护士对于"静疗标准"内容非常了解者占22.98%;不同学历、职称、职务、培训次数护理人员"静疗标准"相关知识考核答对率的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应建立系统化、常规化、制度化、按需求、形式灵活、考核有效的"静疗标准"培训及考核体系,使临床护理人员更好了解"静疗标准"并应用到临床护理工作中。Objective To investigate the new“nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy”training for nurses in medical institutions of gradeⅡand above in Shandong province.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 3051 nurses from 129 hospitals of 17 cities in Shandong province.Results 92.70%nurses are aware of the new“nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy”;33.83%nurses had received the new standard training for 3 times or more,while 12.75%nurses had never been trained,75.29%had the training need,93.84%thought the new standard were helpful or very helpful to clinical practice,93.72%thought it applicable or very applicable,22.98%nurses were very familiar with the new standard.According to the examination of the new standard,there were significant difference among nurses with different education backgrounds,titles,positions and times of training(all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a great need to establish a systematic,regularized,institutionalized,flexible and effective training and assessment program,so the nurses can understand and apply the new“nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy”in their clinical practice.
