摘　　要：目的探讨肩梯在乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患肢功能锻炼中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2015年7月至2016年7月上海交通大学附属第六人民医院收治的114例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各57例,对照组采用传统手指爬墙法锻炼上臂功能,观察组采用肩梯训练法锻炼上臂功能,评价并比较两组患者的锻炼依从性以及患肢的水肿程度、外展角度和抬高差等。结果观察组患者的患肢水肿减轻效果、外展角度以及抬高差均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05),且患者患肢功能恢复较快,提高了患者的生活质量。结论肩梯训练能够有效减轻乳腺癌改良根治术后患肢的水肿程度,并促进患肢功能恢复。Objective To investigate the shoulder ladder on the upper limb function exercise in breast cancer patients after modified radical.Methods By convenience sampling,114 breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to their admission time sequence,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was applied with the traditional method of finger climbing wall movement for upper limb function exercise,while the observation group was applied with shoulder ladder method.The exercise compliance,upper limb edema,limb abduction angle and limb lifting difference were compared.Results Upper limb edema,limb abduction angle and limb lifting difference in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).In addition,the limb function in observation group restored more rapidly,and their quality of life was improved.Conclusion Shoulder ladder exercise can effectively alleviate limb edema in breat cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy,and promote limb function restoration.
