延续性护理在宫颈锥切术后需行补充全子宫切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在宫颈锥切术后需行补充全子宫切除术患者中的应用及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2014年5月至2015年1月河北医科大学第四医院妇科收治的宫颈上皮内瘤样变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasm,CIN)Ⅲ及CINⅢ累腺宫颈锥切术后需行补充全子宫切除术的87例患者为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组43例和观察组44例,分别给予常规护理和延续性护理,比较干预后两组患者的自我护理能力及术后并发症的发生情况。结果干预后观察组患者自我护理能力测定量表(the exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)4个维度的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者并发症的发生率分别为6.82%(3/44)、23.26%(10/43),经比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.62,P<0.05)。结论对宫颈锥切术后需行补充全子宫切除术的患者施行延续性护理有利于降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application method and effect of continuous care in patients with cervical conization and additional panhysterectomy.Methods From May 2014 to January 2015,87 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)undergoing cervical conization(CINIII or CINIII involving glands)and additional panhysterectomy treated in our hospital were divided into two groups:the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=44)according to their admission time sequence.The control group and observation group received routine nursing and continuous nursing respectively.The self-care ability and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The scores of four dimensions in the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The incidence rate of the complications in observation group and control group were 6.82%(3/44)and 23.26%(10/43),respectively(χ2=4.62,P<0.05)with statistical differenc.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complication in patient with additional panhysterectomy after cervical conization,and also improve their quality of life.
