摘  要:目的探讨使用无针注射器注射胰岛素对胰岛素过敏患者过敏症状及血糖的影响。方法便利抽样选取2016年2月至2017年1月我院门诊7例胰岛素过敏的患者,先后使用有针及无针注射器为患者注射胰岛素,观察两种注射方法对注射部位红晕、硬结直径大小、持续时间,瘙痒持续时间以及对血糖的影响。结果重复测量方差分析显示,使用无针注射器注射胰岛素,注射部位的红晕、丘疹直径较有针注射缩小,红晕、硬结持续时间及瘙痒持续时间较有针注射缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);患者餐后2h血糖及下一餐餐前血糖无针注射与有针相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论对胰岛素过敏患者使用无针注射器注射胰岛素,能够改善患者的胰岛素局部过敏的症状,且不会影响血糖值。Objective To investigate the effects of insulin injection with needleless injector on allergic symptoms and blood glucose in patients with insulin allergy.Methods Totally 7 patients with insulin allergy were selected from February 2016 to January 2017,and received insulin injection by injector with needle or without needle successivly.The redness at the injection site,diameter and duration of induration,itching and its influence on blood glucose were observed.Results Analysis of variance of repeated measures indicated that the redness at the injection site,diameter of induration with the method of needleless injection was smaller,and duration of induration and itching was shorter with statistical differences(all P<0.01).However,there was no statistically significant differences of blood glucose two hours after the meal and before the next meal between the injection with needle or without needle(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of needleless injector can redcuce patients'local insulin allergic symptoms without influence on blood glucose.
