摘　　要：为了适应互联网支付行业的激烈竞争,对电子交易及资金清算平台的业务能力要求更高,平台建设更加以市场发展为导向。在新环境下既要对接企业原有IT业务平台,又要快速适应互联网+支付市场的发展。传统项目开发模式繁复的管理过程和漫长的开发流程不适应目前的市场,必须采用敏捷项目管理快速迭代、增量管理等手段。In order to adapt to the fierce competition of the Internet payment industry,the business ability of the electronic transaction and fund clearing platform is more demanding,and the platform construction is more market-oriented.In the new environment,it is necessary to achieve the docking business of the original IT business platform,but also it should quickly adapt to the Internet+payment market development.The complex management process and the long development process of traditional project development model are not suitable for the current market,it must use agile project management through rapid iteration,incremental management and other means.
