摘　　要：软交换技术是新时代电话网络通信系统中延伸出的一种新型技术,在电话网络通信系统中充分应用软交换技术并实施智能化改造,能够促进我国通信业务的不断发展,同时还可以进一步推动我国现代化信息建设工作的进展。笔者围绕电话网络通信系统智能化改造的重要意义、电话网络软交换系统以及智能化改造的作用、电话网络软交换系统技术的简要概括三个方面展开讨论,对电话网络通信系统的软交换技术进行了研究,同时提出了一些自己的见解,希望能够为今后我国信息化建设工作提供一些理论建议,为我国通信技术的国际化发展创造更好的条件。Softswitch technology is a new technology which is extended in the new era of telephone network communication system.The softswitch technology is fully applied in the telephone network communication system,which can promote the continuous development of the communication service in our country,also can further promote the progress of China's modern information construction work.The author discusses the importance of the intelligent transformation of the telephone network communication system,the telephone network softswitch system and the role of intelligent transformation,the brief summary of the telephone network softswitch system technology,studies the softswitch technology of telephone network communication system,and puts forward some of the author's own views,hoping to provide some theoretical suggestions for our country's informatization construction in the future,and create better conditions for the internationalization of China's communication technology.
