摘　　要：IP PBX是基于IP数据包交换的集团电话系统,还有类似IPPBX或者IP-PBX书写方式。IP PBX电话交换机系统将计算机网络与传统电话交换机的功能有机结合在一起,在通信行业中起到的作用越来越重要。它将信息以IP数据包通过分组交换进行数据通信,除了具有传统电话交换系统的语音通话和收发传真功能外,还有视频会议室、多方通话、语音信箱、视频通话等功能,完美将传统的电话交换网融合到和计算机网络中,形成了一个有机的整体,IP PBX系统内各电话终端采用IP方式进行数据通信,这种技术应用能够连接分布在全球各地办公地点和员工的统一话音和数据网络,但同时它的应用也是具有风险的。笔者分析了IP PBX所面临的应用风险,并提出了相关的解决措施。IP PBX is the group telephone systembased on IP packet switching,there are similar IPPBX or IP-PBX writing.IP PBX telephone exchange system will organically combinetogether the function of computer network and the traditional telephone switch.It plays a more and more important role in the communications industry.It uses data packets to communicate with IP packets via packet switching,in addition to the traditional voice switching and fax sending and receiving functions of the telephone switching system,it also has functions such as video conference room,multi party call,voice mail,video call and so on.It combines traditional telephone switching networks with computer networks to form an organic whole.In IP PBX system,all telephone terminals use IP to communicate data,this technology application can connect the unified voice and data network of offices and employees located around the world,but its application is also risky.Theauthoranalyzes the application risk of IP PBX,and puts forward the relevant solutions.
