摘　　要：近年来,IPTV用户规模稳步快速增长,加强IPTV监管技术手段研究,探索建立三网融合模式下的网络信息安全和文化安全监管体系,对IPTV实现"全程全网、可管可控"的监管,对保障三网融合顺利开展意义重大。笔者从系统结构、性能、功能等方面提出了IPTV监管采集前端系统的解决方案,为实行IPTV监管提供了有效的技术途径。In recent years,the number of IPTV users has grown steadily and rapidly,strengthening the research of IPTV supervision technology,exploring the network information security and cultural safety supervision system under the three network integration mode,which is of great significance to realize the whole network and controllable regulation for IPTV and guarantee the integration of the three networks.The author puts forward the solution of IPTV supervisory collection front-end system from the aspects of system structure,performance and function,and provides an effective technical way for IPTV regulation.
