摘　　要：电子海图显示与信息系统是未来船舶智能化的重要组成部分,本文以IHO S-57标准为基础,开发面向电子海图应用的船舶智能管理平台,平台以计算机中控系统为核心,连接GPS、AIS、ARPA、测深、雷达等多种通信和导航设备,形成各种数据、设备、和计算机软硬件等各种辅助手段为一体的综合信息处理系统,综合反映船舶航行状态,具备完善的船舶导航、航行管理以及避碰辅助等功能,极大地保障了船舶航行安全,并能够显著提高营运效率。Electronic Chart Display and Information System(ECDIS)takes an important part in the future of ship intelligent system,this article developed ship intelligent management platform based on IHO S-57 standards,the platform took computer control system as the center,connection of GPS,AIS and ARPA,sounding,radar and other communication navigation equipment,formation of equipment,systems,computer hardware and software and other auxiliary means of comprehensive information processing system,the comprehensive reflection of navigation status,to improve the ship navigation and navigation management functions and collision avoidance of auxiliary,which greatly guaranteed the safety of ship navigation,and improves operation efficiency.
