摘 要:随着工业以太网技术的兴起,不仅有效的解决了兼容性问题,更催生了对高时间同步精度的以太网硬件设备的需求。本文设计一款硬件支持IEEE1588协议的低成本可重构的以太网监控节点设备。硬件部分采用了了MCU+CPLD的设计方案,保证了硬件电路以及硬件平台具有一定的可重构性并且有效的降低了硬件成本,充分的利用了MCU芯片的资源,并且具有更好的可移植性与可扩展性;软件部分采用开源的嵌入式操作系统(uC/OSIII)与以太网协议栈,实现基于硬件DMA的数据采集和以太网传输,实现了基于串口的系统运行状态监控。最终制作样机进行可行性验证。With the rise of industrial Ethernet technology,not only effectively solve the compatibility problem,but also gave birth to high time synchronization accuracy of the hardware requirements of Ethernet devices.This paper designs a low-cost reconfigurable Ethernet monitoring node device that supports IEEE1588 hardware.Hardware part of the MCU+CPLD design,to ensure that the hardware circuit and hardware platform has a certain re-configurability and effectively reduce the hardware costs,the full use of the MCU chip resources,and has a better portable(UC/OS-III)and the Ethernet protocol stack,the hardware-based DMA data acquisition and Ethernet transmission are realized,and the system running status monitoring based on the serial port is realized by using the open source embedded operating system(uC/OS-III)and the Ethernet protocol stack.The final production prototype for feasibility verification.
