摘　　要：普通车床实训是高职机械类专业必修的基础课程。学生在实训过程中会出现各种对人身和机床造成不同伤害的不规范操作,本文针对学生在使用C6236型普通车床时常见的卡盘扳手遗忘在卡盘上就运行机床和纵向进刀时刀具(刀架)撞卡盘这二种安全事故进行研究,提出改进方案并应用。Lathe training is compulsory basic courses of mechanical engineering in higher vocational education.Students in training process have irregular operations that occurs in a variety of different damage to person and machine.In the paper,when students use the C6236 lathe,studying two kinds of common safety accidents,running the lathe when chuck spanner is forgetted on chuck and the cutting tool(tool rest)hits the chuck when longitudinal feed,to improve the programs and applications.
