体位改变在行放大内镜结合窄带成像技术检查患者的应用

摘　　要：目的观察改变体位在放大内镜结合窄带成像技术检查前准备中的效果,以提高胃镜检查效率。方法将行放大内镜结合窄带成像技术检查患者112例,按就诊顺序单双号随机分为对照组和干预组,各56例。对照组检查前给予常规准备,干预组在常规准备的基础上进行体位改变。结果干预组胃镜下视野清晰度等级、检查耗时均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位改变法可以提高放大胃镜检查患者胃镜下视野清晰度,缩短检查时间。Objective To observe the effect of the change in body position in the preparation for magnifying endoscopy and narrow-banding imaging(ME-NBI)and to improve the efficacy of the examination.Methods In the preparation for ME-NBI,by registration order,112 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group prepared for the examination conventionally and those in the observation group changed their body position additionally.Results There was better vision clarity and less time-consumption for the examination in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The change in body position can improve vision clarity and shorten the examination time in ME-NBI.
