我国政府智库和创新驱动发展之间的关系分析

摘　　要：文章通过对政府智库、创新驱动发展文献的综述及实证分析,就政府智库的规模、对智库的产出与创新驱动发展间的正相关性作了阐释和分析,从借助于"思想产品"的影响和借助于传媒的舆论影响两个维度探讨了政府智库发挥作用的机制;从构建智库建设新格局、发挥智库运行新功能、完善智库新影响等三个视角提出了完善政府智库以推动创新驱动发展的相关建议。Based on the literature review and empirical analysis of the government think tank and innovation-driv-en development,this article interprets and analyzes the positive correlation between the size and the output of gov-ernment think tanks and the innovation-driven development.The article discusses the functions of government think tank from two dimensions:the influence of"ideological product"and the influence of media on public opin-ion.Finally,the author makes some suggestions for improving government think tanks,e.g.building a new pattern for think tank construction,giving full play to the new functions of the think tanks and enhancing the new influence of think tanks,so as to promote the innovation-driven development.
